If you purchased a Solar MaXX Solar Tracker from solartrackpro.com, we have registered your warranty for you at the time of delivery. If you purchased a Solar MaXX product from one of our retail partners, you will need to Register the Warranty.

This warranty is for the Solar MaXX Solar Tracker only and does not cover the Newpowa Solar Panel. See the Newpowa Solar Panel Warranty below.

This is your SOLAR MAXX RV USA Limited Warranty. Valid in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

YOU MUST PRESENT THIS FORM TOGETHER WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PROOF OF PURCHASE DATE TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE USING OUR WEBSITE.

This SOLAR MAXX RV product is warranted by JBC Technologies, LLC, dba Solar Maxx RV to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  While the standard warranty covers one year, you may have opted for an extended warranty of two (2) or three (3) years, offering enhanced protection and prolonged peace of mind. Extended Warranties are only available for purchase at solartrackpro.com and not available at third-part retailers.

During your warranty period, if this product is found to be defective in material, operational capability, or in workmanship, to include electronics, Solar MaXX RV will at its option, either service or replace this product without charge, subject to the following limitations and exclusions:

1. This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable.
2. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, alteration, abuse, negligence or accident or has had its serial number altered or removed. Any field repair that is attempted, voids the warranty. All repairs will be done by Solar MaXX RV.  If the security seal on the electronic box of the tracker has been broken, cut, tampered with or otherwise disturbed, the warranty is null and void.
3. This warranty shall not apply to any defects or damage directly or indirectly caused by the use of unauthorized replacement parts and/or service performed by unauthorized personnel.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE PROVIDED HOWEVER, IF THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS INEFFECTIVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOLAR MAXX RV BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO OR ARISING TO CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR BREACH OF CONTRACT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW (A) LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR (B) THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

In order to obtain performance of the warranty obligations, the original consumer purchaser must, using our website, submit a warranty registration and the SOLAR MAXX RV product together with proof of purchase and proof of purchase date (bill of sale).
